Welcome to Momentum—your partner in building a consistent and personalized fitness journey.

Your subscription includes a custom workout plan tailored to your lifestyle, preferences, and goals. To see if your subscription is active, open the Momentum app and navigate to the menu at the bottom of your screen. If you have access to your personalized plan and all features, your subscription is active.

To review your plan, tap the Plan tab. You’ll find your daily workout routines and recommendations designed to help you stay on track and reach your goals step by step.
