Why is the subscription made via Apple ID/Play Store not visible on the Momentum website?

Learn why subscriptions made through the App Store or Google Play aren’t visible on the Momentum website and how to view them

Momentum offers premium access through two separate platforms:

• The Momentum website

• The App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)

If you purchased your subscription through the App Store or Google Play, it’s managed by that platform—not directly through Momentum. That’s why it won’t appear in your profile on our website.

To view or manage your subscription details, follow the steps for your platform:


🍎 For iOS (App Store):

1. Open your device’s Settings.

2. Tap your name/profile at the top.

3. Select Subscriptions.

4. Find and select Momentum to view your plan details.


🤖 For Android (Google Play):

1. Close the Momentum app.

2. Open the Google Play Store.

3. Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.

4. Go to Payments & subscriptionsSubscriptions.

5. Find Momentum to review your subscription info.
