he short answer? You don’t need any equipment to start using Momentum! Our workouts are designed to fit your lifestyle—whether you’re at home, at the gym, or on the go. You can choose routines that work with what you have.


🏋️‍♀️ Want to Use Equipment? That’s Great Too.

If you have access to fitness gear or a gym, you can choose workouts that include tools like:

• Resistance bands

• Dumbbells

• Kettlebells

• Medicine balls

• Weighted vests

• Jump ropes

• Ab wheels

• Punching bags

At the gym, you can also incorporate machines like the treadmill, stair climber, squat rack, rowing machine, or spin bike. If you’re unfamiliar with any equipment, ask a certified trainer for help.
